• Please put the Gogoro Network® smart battery in the scooter compartment and keep the seat cushion tightly closed to avoid over-discharge of the backup battery and damage.
• If your Gogoro Network® smart battery cannot be placed in the car due to the suspension of battery service, it is recommended to ask a Gogoro engineer to unplug the backup battery connector of your car to avoid damage to the backup battery due to over-discharge. For details, please contact Gogoro Service Center.
• Try to park in a dry and cool place to reduce sunlight and rain, so as not to rust and shorten the service life of components.
• Please use clean water and neutral detergent to rinse, and clean the surface of the vehicle with a soft cloth, sponge or soft brush.
• Avoid flushing with a strong water jet to prevent the intrusion of water and air from causing mechanical failure.
• In order to maintain the performance of the chain and riding comfort, it is recommended to lubricate the chain with oil seal chain special oil every 500 kilometers or after washing the car, heavy rain, or wading.
• When using the USB charging jack, grasp the USB cable connector and plug it vertically. Do not plug or unplug the wire by pulling the wire or shaking it to avoid damage to the wire or the charging jack.

If you have the Gogoro S series scooter, due to the special paint of the Gogoro S, you cannot use gloss waxes, including the 3M cleaning kit sold by Gogoro on your scooter.

Gogoro S recommends to use clean water and neutral detergent for cleaning and maintenance, and to clean the surface of the scooter with a soft cloth, sponge or soft brush.
