Why does the GoStation screen show "payment overdue" after I've paid my bill?

If you paid your bill in a Gogoro Retail or Service Center, it should only take 30 minutes or so for the system to reflect your updated status.

Please retry battery swap at that point. If you paid your bill in a convenience store, then it might take a while longer for payment to process.

Please retry battery swap at a later point.

Why does the GoStation screen show "battery error" or "abnormal battery swap"?

It could be due to a number of reasons.

In any event, we recommend you go to a nearby GoStation and attempt to swap batteries again.

Why is the GoStation screen completely blank?

This GoStation is likely undergoing maintenance.

Please do NOT try to put in your batteries into this GoStation when the screen is black.

Instead, please go to next GoStation and attempt to swap batteries again.
