How can I transfer my Smartscooter™ battery rental contract to another person?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Complete transfer in the Motor Vehicle Supervision Office.
  2. Both the previous owner and the new owner will need to bring photo ID, batteries, both keyfobs, and the scooter to the Gogoro Service Center.
  3. Both the previous owner and the new owner need to sign related documentation and pay off all outstanding bills. The Service Center will then register the new battery rental contract and activate battery service.

How do you calculate my first month's bill if it was only a partial month?

If your consumed mileage was LESS than the monthly minimum mileage, then it would be calculated by mileage rate.

For example, with the NT$299 plan in the first 20 days, if you only used 50 km, then the total billing amount would be $299/100km*50km=$150

If your consumed mileage was MORE than the monthly minimum mileage, then it would be calculated as monthly fee + (excess mileage* rate) For example, with the NT$299 plan in the first 20 days, if you used150 km, then the total billing amount would be $299+(150km-100km)*$ 2.5=$299+$125=$424

How long will it take to receive my invoice after payment?

After payment, your invoice will be sent out by ordinary mail on the 10th of the next month.

Your Gogoro App status will also update.

How can I apply for (or cancel) Sport Activation?

If you would like to apply for Sport Activation, please access the My Plan section of the Gogoro® App (in My Profile section) or login to the Gogoro website. You can also apply for Sports Activation at a Gogoro service center or retail location. If you would like to cancel Sport Activation, then please contact our call center for support.
