How to open your trunk?

If your Smartscooter™ is locked or doesn’t have batteries inside, press and hold the button on iQ System™ Smart Key for 2 seconds to open the seat and unlock the luggage compartment. Alternatively, some phone models are able to support open trunk, assuming your Gogoro application is up-to-date and logged-in.

How can I pair my smartphone with my Smartscooter™?

Please follow these steps:

  1. After installing the Gogoro® App on your phone, open it and log in with your account credentials by following the on-screen instructions.
  2. If you have more than one Smartscooter™ in your account, select the one from the menu that you would like to pair with your phone.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to find the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone.
  4. Unlock your Smartscooter™ with iQ System™ Smart Key or your standard key. For Gogoro 1, hold the hazard warning light switch on the left handlebar until the “iQ System™ Quick Link” symbol flashes; the system will then scan for nearby smartphones for pairing. For Gogoro 2, hold the Smart button.
  5. After pairing is completed, a connection with your smartphone will establish automatically every time the scooter is unlocked. When a connection with your smartphone is active, the “iQ System™ will display on your dashboard. The icon will dim down when the smartphone is disconnected from the scooter.

Please note that your phone needs to support BLE peripheral mode in order to pair to a Gogoro 2 Series Smartscooter.

How can I change my monthly battery rental plan?

The fastest and easiest way is to use your Gogoro App to make the change: My Profile > My Plan.

Alternatively, you can visit a Gogoro sales or service center, or you can contact our call center for support (0800-265-996).

Please note that any change will only take effect in the next billing period.

How can I view my bill online?

You can access your latest bill and previous billing within the Gogoro® App in the My Plan section (in My Profile) or by logging into the Gogoro website. From the app, you can even pay your bill by visiting a supported convenience store location.

When is my monthly bill due?

You'll receive your monthly bill on the 10th and will need to pay it by the 25th of that month.

I forgot my Gogoro username and/or password

Please follow the steps:

1. Please launch the Gogoro® App or go to www.gogoro.com and click "Forget password"

2. Enter your e-mail (account), and then you will receive a reset password email from Gogoro.

If you do not remember your e-mail (account), please contact our call center for support.
